REAL FRIENDS vs FAKE FRIENDS *Changing Best Friends* - Summary

Summary

A group of wealthy young women, including Cinnamon, Strawberry, and Blueberry, are preparing for a Christmas Eve dinner at Cinnamon's house, excitedly gossiping and discussing their outfits. Their plans for a vacation to Hawaii were cancelled due to bad weather, and they are now focusing on the holiday.

As they gather for dinner, Cinnamon's mother, Beth, is anxious for her husband, Cinnamon's father, to arrive home from a trip. However, he calls to inform them that he has boarded a flight to Japan for a business meeting and will not be able to make it home for Christmas.

Despite the disappointment, the group enjoys their dinner and each other's company. As the evening comes to a close, they discuss their plans for the rest of the holiday season, including a Christmas bash at Aunt Betty's house.

Meanwhile, Cinnamon is struggling with feelings of loneliness and disappointment due to her father's absence. She tries to convince herself that he might still show up, but ultimately decides to be alone.

The scene ends with Cinnamon's cousin, Luciana, arriving at the house, and a brief promotion for a website selling BB-8 merchandise.
