Sora, Donald, and Goofy meet Elsa and try to befriend her while helping her fight off Heartless. Olaf, Anna, and Kristoff also join the group in their quest to find and save Elsa's sister, Anna, who was struck in the heart by Elsa's ice magic. The group eventually succeeds with an act of true love, thawing Anna's frozen heart.
