The narrator starts off a Minecraft episode by almost dying to an Enderman and realizes the importance of wearing a chestplate. They then dig out a spot for a sugarcane farm, but the farm isn't as large as they'd like. They extend the farm by 10 blocks and clear out a river that surrounds their base. They fly to the nearest ocean monument to steal some sponges, which they use to clear out the water.
They then start building the sugarcane farm, covering the water with smooth stone and placing redstone between the pistons. They encounter an invisible wandering traitor and ask it to move. They continue building the farm, covering the water with smooth stone, placing redstone between the pistons, and placing the pistons down. They then place more smooth stone between the observers.
The narrator explains how the farm works: when the sugarcane grows at the top layer, the observer detects it and powers the block behind it. This powers the piston, which extends when the block gets powered. This is different from most tutorials online, where one piston would extend when the sugarcane grows up to the top.
The narrator then explains how they'll collect the sugarcane when it breaks: they break all the sand they had just placed and then place rails underneath. They put a powered rail on a hopper at both ends of the track. When the hopper reaches one of the ends, it'll deposit some of the sugarcane it has and then bounce right back.
The narrator then explains how they'll make the sugarcane farm not look so ugly by adding lights and decorations. They start the mission to make the sugarcane farm not look so freaking ugly by adding lights and decorations and other things. They start the mission by trying to find some lights, which they want to use sea lanterns. They manage to kill all the giant white puffer fish and drink their milk. They then mine the sea lanterns and place them by the sugarcane.
The narrator then explains how they'll add a roof to the farm. They test out some different colored glass and decide that the regular glass will look the best. They break the roof and place in the glass. They then place a bunch of smooth stone slabs around it.
The narrator then explains how they'll make a design for the floor and the walls. They go through a bunch of different designs for the floor but can't really get anything that looks decent. Eventually, they decide on a gradient of spruce then birch and then birch blanks. They then start to dig out the walls and struggle to find a decent design until eventually they just go with the simple stripped spruce logs on the top and bottom and birch planks in between them.
The narrator then explains how they'll add some more lighting. They go with redstone lamps and that's it for the decorations. From the outside, this is how it looks. The narrator then explains how they'll make a storage system and checking on the hoppers they're already starting to overflow. They dig out a tunnel connecting the two hoppers and then dig out one of the walls to put the chests in.
The narrator then explains how the storage system will work. When the sugarcane goes in the hoppers, it'll eventually make its way to the dropper, which is set up to continually send the sugarcane up into a hopper line that's connected to the storage area. The only time this system won't work is if the dropper is almost completely full, and that's never going to happen. So this will work perfectly for them.
The narrator then explains how they'll start making over 2000 pieces of TNT to blow up their base. The hardest thing about making 2000 pieces of TNT is getting the gunpowder because every TNT needs five pieces of gunpowder, which means they need to get 10,000 gunpowder. Luckily, Shulkercraft came up with a design for a really efficient mob farm to get the gunpowder.
The narrator then explains how they'll build a mob farm in the middle of a village. They build an AFK area about 90 blocks above the top of the farm and then finally turn it on. For the first test, they spend 10 minutes AFK and come down to see that the collection area was exploded. A creeper must have blown up.
The narrator then explains how in the 10 minutes they were AFK, the farm actually made 2
1. The episode started with the narrator almost dying due to an Enderman attack.
2. The narrator was wearing an Elytra, not a chestplate, at the time of the attack.
3. The narrator was one hit away from death at the start of the episode.
4. The narrator chose a random spot in the wall to dig out a sugarcane farm.
5. The narrator realized that the sugarcane farm was not as big as they would have liked, so they turned it into an oval by extending it 10 blocks.
6. While extending the sugarcane farm, the narrator ran into a river surrounding their base.
7. The narrator did not feel like placing blocks to clear out the water, so they flew to the nearest ocean monument to steal some sponges.
8. The narrator then flew back to their base, smelted the sponges, and placed them in the water.
9. The narrator filled in the sand where the sugarcane would be and filled the area beside the sand with water.
10. The narrator calculated that they would need just under two stacks of each material for the build, which included pistons, observers, redstone, and sugarcane.
11. The narrator had enough to make the pistons but did not have enough nether quartz to make the observers they needed.
12. The narrator spent some time mining some other quartz and when they got the nether quartz they needed, they checked back with the recipe and noticed they didn't have enough cobblestone.
13. The narrator found two veins of diamonds during their mining.
14. The narrator covered the water with smooth stone and then placed the redstone between the pistons.
15. The narrator continued building the sugarcane farm by placing the pistons down and then placing the observers.
16. The narrator placed more smooth stone between the observers and somehow an invisible wandering traitor got in their way.
17. The narrator continued building the farm and tested the collection system with some cobblestone.
18. The narrator confirmed that the mine cart picked up the cobblestone and deposited it into the hoppers, indicating a fully operational automatic sugarcane farm.
19. The narrator started a mission to make the sugarcane farm not look so freaking ugly by adding lights and decorations and other things.
20. The narrator started the mission by trying to find some lights, specifically sea lanterns, which meant they needed to go back to the ocean monument.
21. The narrator decided to take over the entire monument and brought some doors along with them because doors would save them from drowning.
22. The narrator killed a bunch of baby zombies in their pond and named one of them Blue.
23. The narrator spent time making a diamond axe and enchanted it.
24. The narrator made a design for the floor and the walls of the farm and decided to use a gradient of spruce then birch and then birch blanks.
25. The narrator added some more lighting so they went with redstone lamps and that was it for the decorations.
26. The narrator needed to add a storage system and checked on the hoppers, which were already starting to overflow.
27. The narrator dug out a tunnel connecting the two hoppers and then dug out one of the walls to put the chests in.
28. The narrator built the same system in the hardcore world and then built up a water elevator which connected to the storage area.
29. The narrator built as many hoppers as they could and had 37 times as many diamonds as they did iron.
30. The narrator filled in the tunnel and the sugarcane farm was now officially complete.
31. The narrator was about to start making over 2000 pieces of TNT to blow up their base.
32. The hardest thing about making 2000 pieces of TNT was getting the gunpowder because every piece of TNT needs five pieces of gunpowder, which meant they needed to get 10,000 pieces of gunpowder.
33. The narrator found a zombie spawner that had three pieces of gunpowder in it, leaving them with 9,997 pieces needed.
34. The narrator spent 10 minutes AFK and came down to see that the collection area
