The narrator of the video is part of a group of survivors in a zombie apocalypse scenario. They are currently in a provisional base on top of a building in Los Santos, and they have received a message about a shelter in the north of the city. The group decides to move to the shelter, but they encounter numerous zombies along the way.
The group manages to find a vehicle, an insurgent, which they use to reach the shelter. However, they encounter more zombies and have to kill them to ensure their safety. Upon reaching the shelter, they find it to be a safe haven from the zombies. The group then introduces themselves to the leader of the shelter, who they refer to as the "leader I don't know 15".
The group is then given the freedom to do what they want, while the narrator and Mario, one of the most faithful survivors, are asked to follow the narrator. The narrator then leads Mario and the rest of the group to meet the people in the shelter.
