The story follows Earth's superhero, BoBoiBoy, and his team as they protect the Power Spheras, high-tech robots with unimaginable powers, from being used for destruction. The Power Spheras, coveted by many, have been hidden across the galaxy but are hunted down and captured by those with evil intent.
The team, including Captain Kaizo, joins an infiltration mission to retrieve the Power Spheras and save the galaxy. They encounter Grand Captain Vargoba, a powerful enemy, and use their own unique powers to outsmart and defeat him. Notably, they use a Power Sphere, StealthBot, which was initially much larger but was shrunk in size using BellBot's power.
The team also faces a challenge from TEMPUR-A, a space pirate who wants to use StealthBot's teleportation power for his own purposes. They manage to thwart an attack on Sunnova Station and hide in the Power Sphera Vault, which is built to withstand any attack.
