A group of friends, including Poor, Kerem Commissioner, and others, try to protect their friend Rich from a strange creature that has come to town. They enlist the help of Tepegoz, a one-eyed being, and Grumpy, a gruff but lovable character. After a series of misadventures, the group discovers that the creature has been defeated, but not before it hits Rich on the head with a sledgehammer, causing him to transform into a Cyclops. However, Rich soon returns to his normal self, while the creature grows larger and Tepegoz and Grumpy shrink.
